Covering of the whole façade of an outdoor sports court, located in the centre of the Encarnacion's square. By means of white FT 381 fabric. Fixed at both the upper and lower perimeter by means of lacquered double headline profile, and fixed to the structure vertically by means of strips of canvas tied down with cord (to the curves of the façade). Covering an approximate surface area of 720 m².
IASO carried out this work at the order of the customer who wished to achieve a façade that would let through light, but not rain. An outdoor sports court, which they wished to keep as outdoor, allowing it to have natural ventilation. As such, the use of white FT 381 fabric was agreed on with the customer, fulfilling in this way the requirements they requested.
A double headline aluminium profile lacquered in the colour of the structure was used to fix the canvas around the whole perimeter of the sports court. It lies very flat and disguises its position very well, creating an envelope with the appearance of a single, continuous skin. To prevent deformation of the canvas in the areas where the façade is curved, the fabric was fixed to the ribs of the structure themselves with strips of canvas welded to the main canvas and cordoned as lining.
