Description GRAN VÍA SHOPPING CENTRE
The
Gran Vía Shopping Centre, located in Alicante, was opened in 1998. In existence
for over 10 years, it is integrated into daily life in the city and surrounding
areas, and into the social, cultural and political life of Alicante.
Bioclimatic pergolas have been installed in the first-floor terrace where the
restaurants are located. This solution was chosen to provide shade to the
terraces and protect them from the rain.
Technical Base
In
the first-floor restaurant terrace, 10 bioclimatic pergolas and a fixed
triangular part have been installed. These pergolas have moveable aluminium
slats and a rain collection system. This product was chosen in order to fit out
an area, which was formerly unprotected from the sun and rain, so that it can
be used for catering.
